Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt
- all-purpose flour - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Preheat oven to 350°. Place half the potatoes in a greased 2-quart casserole. Add half the onion. Sift half the flour over; sprinkle half the seasonings. Repeat layer. Pour milk over all. Cover and bake for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and bakeRecipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
