- pkg - 3 oz
- vanilla extract - 2 tsp
- coconut
- powdered sugar - 2 c
How to make christmas snowballs:
Soften cream cheese with extract. Mix in sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, and stir in 2 cups coconut. Butter hands and roll dough into 1-inch balls, then roll in 1/2 cup coconut. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Christmas.
