Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 lb
- stick butter - 1 item
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- marshmallow cream - 7 oz
- caramel chips - 2 pkg
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pecans, chopped - 2 c
How to make christmas candy:
Combine first 3 ingredients. Cook to 238° on candy thermometer (soft ball). Stir in marshmallow cream and beat until mixture is very thick (about 8 minutes). Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour into greased pan and let stand until firm. Cut into squares with sharp, warm knife.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Christmas.
