Ingredients/Components
- boiling water - 2 c
- bouillon cubes - 3 item
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- diced meat beef or chop suey mixture - 1 lb
- flour - 1/2 c
- sliced onion - 1 c
- celery - 2 c
How to make chop suey:
Make stock with water, soy sauce and bouillon cubes. Add stock to browned meat. Simmer for at least 1/2 hour. Add chop suey vegetables. Serve over rice. Basic chop suey recipe freezes well.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Main dish.
