Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cold water - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- oleo, softened - 1/2 c
- raisins - 1/2 c
How to make caramel pudding cake:
Cream butter and sugar, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture and milk. Stir until smooth. Stir in raisins. Spread in greased 8 x 8-inch pan; combine brown sugar and cold water, pour over batter. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low protein.
