Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • cold water - 2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • oleo, softened - 1/2 c
  • raisins - 1/2 c

How to make caramel pudding cake:

Cream butter and sugar, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture and milk. Stir until smooth. Stir in raisins. Spread in greased 8 x 8-inch pan; combine brown sugar and cold water, pour over batter. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
