Chocolate zucchini cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- unsifted flour
- ground cloves - 1/2 tsp
- chopped zucchini - 2 c
- sour milk - 1/2 c
- soft margarine - 1/2 c
How to make chocolate zucchini cake:
Cream margarine, oil and sugar; add eggs, vanilla and milk. Beat together. Mix dry ingredients and add to mixture. Stir in zucchini. Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 or 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
