Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 4 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • unsifted flour
  • ground cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped zucchini - 2 c
  • sour milk - 1/2 c
  • soft margarine - 1/2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Cream margarine, oil and sugar; add eggs, vanilla and milk. Beat together. Mix dry ingredients and add to mixture. Stir in zucchini. Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 or 45 minutes.
