Chocolate tea bread

- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour
- water - 1/3 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1/3 c
- nuts - 1/3 c
- soft butter - 1/3 c
- applesauce - 1/2 c
How to make chocolate tea bread:
In large bowl, combine first 10 ingredients (flour to water); mix. Beat 1 minute at low speed, then 3 minutes at high speed. Stir in chips and nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or two 7 x 3 1/4 x 2 1/4-inch pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour for large pan or 50 minutes for small pans.
