- sugar - 1 c
- boiling water - 1 c
- unsweetened chocolate - 4 sq
How to make chocolate syrup:
Melt chocolate squares over hot water. Add 1 cup boiling water and cook directly over low heat until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Add 1 cup sugar and continue cooking for 3 or 4 minutes. Cool and store. Yields 1 1/4 cups.Recipe categories: Desserts, Sweet sauces, Sauces.
