Chocolate sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- baking chocolate - 4 oz
- butter - 1/4 lb
- large can evaporated milk - 1 item
- approximately vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make chocolate sauce:
Melt chocolate and butter together. Add sugar, stirring, until sugar is moistened with the chocolate mixture. Add evaporated milk and continue cooking and stirring until smooth. Add vanilla. Makes about 1 quart. Can be stored in refrigerator and reheated whenever desired.Recipe categories: Chocolate, Low fat, Condiments, etc..
