  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • granulated sugar - 1 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
  • pecan halves - 1 c
  • white corn syrup - 1 c
  • unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
  • Toll House semi-sweet chocolate pieces - 3/4 c

How to make chocolate pecan pie:

Melt butter with chocolate. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour filling into 9-inch unbaked pastry shell. Bake in 350° oven for 50 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
