Ingredients/Components
- egg yolks - 4 item
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
- lime juice - 1/2 c
How to make key lime pie:
Beat yolks of eggs until lemon color. Add condensed milk and beat again lightly. Add lime juice and beat until smooth. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Top with meringue.Beat whites of 4 eggs until stiff. Add 3/4 c. sugar. Swirl on top of lime custard. Bake at 450°. Refrigerate.
