Ingredients/Components
- cold water - 1/2 c
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- sq - 2 oz
- 1/2 pt - 1 c
- chocolate cake mix - 1 item
- chocolate instant pudding - 1 pkg
How to make chocolate mousse cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare cake mix for 2 (9-inch) layers. Bake; remove from pans. Cool.Mix together milk and melted chocolate. Gradually beat in water and then pudding. Chill 30 minutes. Beat until smooth. Add whipped cream. Chill 1 hour.
Frost 1 cake layer with 1 1/2 cups frosting, then top with second layer and frost remaining cake. Chill until time to serve.
