Chocolate mousse
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- German chocolate bars - 2 item
- rum or kahlua - 2 Tbsp
How to make chocolate mousse:
Beat 6 egg whites stiff. Add pinch of salt. Beat egg yolks stiff. Add 1 tablespoon sugar. Melt chocolate bars in double boiler, then cool. Add chocolate to egg yolks. Add vanilla and rum or kahlua.
