Chocolate mint sticks
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- powdered sugar
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- light cream - 1 Tbsp
- flour, sifted - 1/2 c
- nuts, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- peppermint extract - 1/2 tsp
- stick margarine or butter - 1 item
- chocolate, melted
- few drops green food coloring - 1 item
- melted, unsweetened chocolate - 2 sq
How to make chocolate mint sticks:
Frosting:1 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. margarine1 Tbsp. light cream1/2 tsp. peppermint extract few drops green food coloring Glaze:1 sq. chocolate, melted1 Tbsp. butter Mix the ingredients and pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool before frosting.Mix the frosting ingredients and spread over all. Drizzle the chocolate glaze over frosting. Cut into sticks about 1/2 inch wide and 2 inches in length.
