Chocolate fudge sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- whipping cream - 1/2 c
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- light corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
How to make chocolate fudge sauce:
Blend cocoa, sugar, cream, syrup, butter and salt into heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over moderately high heat. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla.To reheat, heat on stove 5 to 8 minutes over low heat or microwave for 2 to 3 minutes on High, stirring once halfway through.
