Caramel dip



  • sugar
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • whipping cream - 1 c
  • margarine - 6 Tbsp
  • light corn syrup - 1/2 c

How to make caramel dip:

Combine sugar, syrup, 3 tablespoons margarine and 1/2 cup cream; bring to full boil. Gradually add rest of the margarine and cream to soft ball stage. Add salt and vanilla. Serve with sliced apples and bananas.
