  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • baking powder
  • baking soda
  • margarine - 3/4 c
  • zucchini, shredded - 2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Sift together flour, cocoa, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda. Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Then add dry ingredients. Last, add the zucchini. Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 45 minutes in greased and floured 9 x 3 x 12-inch pan. Test cake for doneness.
