Ingredients/Components
- ice cream - 1 pt
- package Jello
- fruit drained well reserve juice - 1 c
- liquid fruit juice and water - 1-1/4 c
How to make ice cream dessert:
Heat liquid to boil. Dissolve Jello and let cool slightly. By spoonful, add ice cream until all is in and melted. Chill for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes and fold in fruit. Mix well. Chill till set.Example: Vanilla ice cream, raspberry and raspberry Jello or Strawberry ice cream, strawberries, strawberry Jello.
