Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- stick margarine or butter - 1/2 item
- baked pie shell - 1 item
How to make chocolate fudge pie:
Sift together flour and cocoa. Mix flour and cocoa mixture with sugar. Add milk and well beaten egg yolks. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; beat in butter or margarine; add vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell. Using remaining egg whites, make meringue and spread on top of pie.
