Chocolate pie

Ingredients/Components

• cocoa - 3 Tbsp
• flour - 6 Tbsp
• sugar - 1 c
• dash of salt - 1 item
• eggs, separated - 3 item
• milk - 2 c
• butter - 3 Tbsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• marshmallows - 1/2 c
• baked pie shell - 1 item
• Beat egg yolks and add to milk
• cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp

How to make chocolate pie:

Mix first four ingredients together. Beat egg yolks and add to milk. Add other mixture; cook in double boiler until very thick, stirring constantly. Add butter, marshmallows and vanilla. Stir until melted. Pour into baked pie shell.Meringue:3 egg whites1/4 tsp. cream of tartar7 Tbsp. sugar Beat egg whites with cream of tartar, adding sugar gradually. Beat until stiff and shiny. Pour onto pie; bake at 300° until brown.
