- vanilla - 3 Tbsp
- powdered sugar
- unsweetened chocolate, melted - 2 sq
- white Karo syrup - 2 tsp
- box graham crackers - 1 lb
- medium container Cool Whip - 1 item
- French vanilla pudding instant
- Make pudding as directed on box, but use only 3 cups cold milk
How to make chocolate eclair dessert:
Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan. Make pudding as directed on box, but use only 3 cups cold milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Layer whole graham crackers and pudding mixture, starting and ending with crackers (3 layers pudding, 4 layers graham crackers, including top layer).Icing:3 Tbsp. butter, softened1 1/2 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. vanilla2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted2 tsp. white Karo syrup Beat until smooth and of spreading consistency.
