- milk - 3 c
- powdered sugar
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- white Karo syrup - 2 tsp
- melted butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- instant French vanilla pudding - 1 (6

How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Use Pam. Line whole graham crackers on bottom of pan. Prepare pudding with the 3 cups milk. Add Cool Whip to pudding. Put 1/2 of pudding mixture over graham crackers, then another layer of graham crackers. Add remaining pudding and end with layer of graham crackers.Frosting:2 oz. liquid baking chocolate (melt chocolate sq.)3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine2 tsp. white Karo syrup3 Tbsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. powdered sugar Beat all ingredients in mixer.
