- white Karo syrup - 2 tsp

- box graham crackers - 1 lb
- chocolate blend presoftened chocolate
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Frosting:2 pkg. chocolate blend presoftened chocolate2 tsp. white Karo syrup2 tsp. vanilla3 Tbsp. softened butter1 1/2 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. milk Butter bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan (glass dish). Line with crackers divided in half. Mix pudding with milk. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 mix over crackers and place 2nd layer crackers on pudding. Pour remaining pudding mixture over crackers and cover with more crackers. Refrigerate 2 hours, then frost.Beat all frosting ingredients until smooth and spread over cake.
