  • milk - 3 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • large boxes instant vanilla pudding - 2 item
  • can light milk chocolate icing - 1 item

How to make chocolate eclair cake:

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with margarine. Mix pudding, milk and sugar thoroughly. Fold in Cool Whip. Layer, starting with crackers, half the mixture, crackers, half the mixture and crackers. Top with icing and let refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Great!
