Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 3 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- large boxes instant vanilla pudding - 2 item
- can light milk chocolate icing - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with margarine. Mix pudding, milk and sugar thoroughly. Fold in Cool Whip. Layer, starting with crackers, half the mixture, crackers, half the mixture and crackers.
