  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • melted butter - 3/4 c
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • strawberry Jell-O - 6 oz
  • crushed pretzels - 3 c
  • Cool Whip or similar product - 1 (10

How to make strawberry delight:

Try to use the very thin pretzels with very little salt. Mix first 3 ingredients and pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 6 to 10 minutes at 400°.

Mix water and Jell-O, then add strawberries. Place in refrigerator until half-set.

Mix the cream cheese at room temperature with sugar. Add Cool Whip. Spread on crust and top with strawberry mixture; chill.
