- large container Cool Whip - 1 item
- instant vanilla pudding
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- can chocolate icing - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Prepare pudding according to box directions. Whip in Cool Whip. Layer the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers. Add 1/2 of the pudding and Cool Whip mixture. Layer with graham crackers. Repeat. Top with icing. Refrigerate. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 30 mins.
