- milk - 1/4 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- Cool Whip - 1 (8
- stick oleo - 1 item
- graham crackers - 1 item
- boxes small size French vanilla pudding - 2 item
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Cook first four ingredients to a boil for 1 minute and set aside. Mix pudding and 3 cups milk; fold in Cool Whip. In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, layer graham crackers. Pour one half of the custard, then line another layer of graham crackers. Top with the last of the custard and a third layer of crackers. Cover this with the icing that was made from the first four ingredients. (Takes almost a box of graham crackers.)Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 30 mins.
