How to make chocolate eclair cake:

Prepare pudding and add milk. Fold in whipped topping. Layer whole crackers and pudding mixture in an 11 x 13-inch pan. Repeat layers, ending with crackers. Spread chocolate icing over crackers and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
