  • milk - 3 c
  • Cool Whip - 12 oz
  • French vanilla instant pudding - 1 pkg
  • vanilla instant pudding - 1 pkg
  • box graham crackers - 1 item
  • can chocolate icing - 1 item

How to make chocolate eclair cake:

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, lay whole graham crackers down. Mix puddings, milk and Cool Whip together and pour 1/2 of mixture on top of graham crackers.

Put another layer of graham crackers and pour remaining mixture on top. Freeze for 1/2 hour, then spread on chocolate icing. Refreeze until ready to use.
