- Cool Whip - 1 (8
- French vanilla instant pudding - 2 pkg
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- Add Cool Whip and vanilla
- can Betty Crocker chocolate frosting - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclairs:
Mix pudding with milk. Add Cool Whip and vanilla. Put layer of graham crackers in 9 x 13-inch dish. Top with pudding mixture. Continue this on layers until pudding is gone. Put crackers on top. Frost with frosting or glaze.Glaze:1 c. sugar1/4 c. milk3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa1 stick margarine1 tsp. vanilla Mix the sugar, milk and cocoa and boil for 1 minute. Add the margarine and vanilla.
