- cold milk - 3 c
- nuts if desired - 1 item
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- chocolate frosting - 1 item
- boxes instant French vanilla pudding - 2 item
How to make chocolate eclair:
Mix pudding and milk well, then add Cool Whip. Mix well. Layer 13 x 9-inch pan with graham crackers (whole). Put pudding mixture on, then repeat to the top. Spread a can of chocolate frosting on top of crackers, then add nuts if desired.Recipe categories: Desserts, Time to make, > 1 day.
