Chocolate crunch brownies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- cocoa - 6 Tbsp
- chocolate chips - 2 c
- butter or margarine, softened - 1 c
- Rice Krispies cereal - 3 c
- creamy peanut butter - 1 c
- jar Marshmallow Creme - 1 oz
How to make chocolate crunch brownies:
In mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs. Stir in cocoa, flour, vanilla and salt. Spread into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until brownies test done. Cool completely. Spread Marshmallow Creme over cooled brownies.In small saucepan, melt peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in cereal. Spread over marshmallow layer. Chill before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
