Chocolate crunch brownies
Ingredients/Components
- butter or oleo, softened - 1 c
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- cocoa - 6 Tbsp
- flour - 1 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- jar marshmallow cream - 1 oz
- creamy peanut butter - 1 c
- chocolate chips - 2 c
- Rice Krispies - 3 c
How to make chocolate crunch brownies:
In a mixing bowl cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Stir in cocoa, flour, vanilla and salt. Spread into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until brownies test done. Cool. Spread marshmallow cream over cooled brownies.In a small saucepan melt peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal. Spread over marshmallow layer. Chill before cutting.
