Ingredients/Components

  • butter or oleo, softened - 1 c
  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • cocoa - 6 Tbsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • jar marshmallow cream - 1 oz
  • creamy peanut butter - 1 c
  • chocolate chips - 2 c
  • Rice Krispies - 3 c

How to make chocolate crunch brownies:

In a mixing bowl cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Stir in cocoa, flour, vanilla and salt. Spread into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until brownies test done. Cool. Spread marshmallow cream over cooled brownies.

In a small saucepan melt peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal. Spread over marshmallow layer. Chill before cutting.
