Ingredients/Components
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- large box instant chocolate pudding mix - 1 item
- container Cool Whip - 1 item
How to make chocolate crunch:
Work with hands first 3 ingredients; press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.Mix cream cheese and confectioners sugar; then fold in 1 cup Cool Whip. Now spread this on top of your crust.
Mix pudding as directed on box and pour over last layer. It will be runny. Store in the refrigerator until firm. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with pecans.
