sugar - 2 c
eggs - 2 item
vanilla - 1 tsp
milk - 1/2 c
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour
water - 1 c
cocoa - 3 Tbsp
baking soda - 1 tsp
sticks oleo - 2 item
vanilla and 1 tsp - 1 tsp
box xxx confectioners sugar - 1 item
Re-sift with sugar and salt

How to make chocolate cookie sheet cake:

Sift flour. Re-sift with sugar and salt. In saucepan, mix and bring to boil oleo, cocoa and water and while hot, pour over flour and sugar mixture. In other bowl, combine eggs, baking soda, milk, lemon and vanilla. Combine both mixtures and mix well. On a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch sheet pan, bake at 350° for 20 to 23 minutes.

Prepare icing of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon milk and spread over cake and bake another 2 minutes. See Icing for sheet cake recipe.Icing:1 stick oleo6 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla6 Tbsp. cocoa1 box xxx confectioners sugar Without boiling, melt oleo and mix in cocoa. Mix in milk. Remove from heat and smoothly mix in sugar and vanilla. Frost cake.
