Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- sticks oleo - 2 item
- Icing:1 stick oleo
How to make cookie sheet brownies:
Icing:1 stick oleo6 Tbsp. milk1/4 c. cocoa1 tsp. vanilla1 lb. powdered sugar1/2 c. chopped pecans Combine flour, sugar, salt and soda. Add eggs and sour cream. Bring oleo, water and cocoa to a boil in a double boiler. Add all at once to flour mixture while hot. Cream well; add nuts and pour into a greased 10 x 15 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.For icing, bring oleo, milk and cocoa to a boil. Add sugar and vanilla. Spread on warm cake while icing is hot. Sprinkle with pecans.
