Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg
- all-purpose flour - 1 tsp
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- miniature chocolate chips - 1 c
- chocolate cookies, crushed
How to make chocolate chip cheesecake:
Filling:3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk3 eggs2 tsp. vanilla1 c. miniature chocolate chips1 tsp. all-purpose flour Crust: Grease a 9-inch spring-form pan. Mix ingredients and press into bottom of pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool before filling.Filling: Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk. Beat until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
In a small bowl, toss 1/2 cup chips with flour to coat. Stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle rest of chips over the top. Bake 1 hour at 300° and cool.
