- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- cocoa
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- unbaked pie shell 9-inch - 1 item
- butter or oleo, melted - 1/4 c
How to make chocolate chess pie:
Combine sugar, cocoa and salt; add eggs, margarine, canned milk and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into a pastry shell. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool before cutting.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
