Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped rhubarb - 1 c
  • unbaked pie shell - 1 item

How to make rhubarb cream pie:

Mix all ingredients, except rhubarb, thoroughly. Place rhubarb in pie shell. Pour mixture over rhubarb and bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
