Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- chopped rhubarb - 1 c
- unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make rhubarb cream pie:
Mix all ingredients, except rhubarb, thoroughly. Place rhubarb in pie shell. Pour mixture over rhubarb and bake at 375° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
