German chocolate pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3 c
• vanilla
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• stick margarine - 1 item
• cocoa - 5 Tbsp
• eggs, beaten - 4 item
• shredded coconut - 2 c
• can evaporated milk - 1 oz
• unbaked pie shells - 3 item

How to make german chocolate pie:

Combine all ingredients; pour into the 3 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. If desired, pies may be topped with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
