salt - 1/4 tsp
flour - 2 c
soda - 2 tsp
cocoa - 1/4 c
grated carrots - 3 c
nuts - 1/2 c
stick butter - 1 item
box confectioners sugar - 1 item
Wesson oil
Add carrots and nuts

How to make chocolate carrot cake:

Mix dry ingredients and add oil and 1 egg at a time. Add carrots and nuts. Bake in 3 layers at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Icing:1 pkg. cream cheese1 stick butter1 box confectioners sugar1 Tbsp. vanilla
