Blend first 4 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 325° for 35 minutes in 9-inch cake pans.Icing:1 box powdered sugar (2 1/2 c.)1 stick oleo1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese a little milk Combine ingredients; frost cake and top with crushed nuts.
