Ingredients/Components
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
How to make chocolate cake icing:
Put magarine in pan. Add milk and cocoa. Let margarine melt and bring to a boil, stirring. Add powdered sugar. Stir until dissolved. Bring to another boil. Add vanilla flavoring to taste.
