Ingredients/Components
- chocolate chips
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- peanut butter
- stick paraffin - 1/4 item
- 1/2 sticks melted margarine not light - 1 item
How to make chocolate balls:
Mix well by hand the first 3 ingredients, forming into balls about 1-inch diameter. Refrigerate 2 hours.Melt together the chocolate chips and paraffin, stirring well. Keep warm over hot water. A double boiler works well. Insert a toothpick into each ball before dipping the ball into the melted chocolate mixture. Put on wax paper to dry. Looks impressive. Yum-yum!
