Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- heavy cream or Cool Whip or chocolate pudding - 1/2 pt
How to make cream puffs:
Boil water; add butter. Let butter melt. After melted, add flour; stir into ball. Take off heat, place in bowl and let cool. Add eggs, one at a time. Then spoon out dough into small balls on cookie sheet. Cook for 30 minutes, until golden brown, at 350°. Stuff with cream and add powdered sugar on top.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 60 mins, 5 ingredients or less.
