Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salad oil - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 item
- soy sauce - 4 Tbsp
- onion - 2 Tbsp
- cooked rice - 4 c
- leftover meat - 1 item
How to make chinese fried rice:
Heat oil in skillet. Beat eggs slightly. Add pepper. Turn into skillet; cook until firm. In pan, cut into strips 1/2-inch wide. Add onion, meat, soy sauce, sugar and pepper; blend well. Cook, stirring gently, until hot. Serve.Recipe categories: Side dish, Chicken, Pork.
