Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- frozen chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
- large cheese whip - 1 item
- fistfuls saltine crackers - 2 item
How to make broccoli souffle:
Melt butter. Add onion; cook until yellow and tender. Add cheese whip. Cook broccoli; drain. Add broccoli to cheese mixture. Add egg; stir through the mixture. Add 2 fistfuls of saltine crackers to mixture. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Vegetables.
