Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- large potatoes - 8 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- Miracle Whip - 1 2
- sliced stuffed olives - 1/2 c
- bacon - 1 lb
How to make baked potato salad:
Cook potatoes; peel and dice. Fry diced bacon until almost done; drain. Combine ingredients except for olives and bacon and place in 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Top with olives and bacon and bake at 325° for 1 hour. Do not cover.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Casseroles.
