Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- onion, chopped - 3 Tbsp
- slivered almonds - 1 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- cooked rice - 1 c
- stick margarine, melted - 3/4 item
- can water chestnuts, chopped - 1 item
- cooked chicken, cut up - 1-1/2 c
- Cornflakes, crushed - 2 c
How to make chinese chicken casserole:
Saut?© celery and onion in oil till tender. Add chicken, soups, mayonnaise, rice, water chestnuts, and almonds. Mix well. Place in baking dish. Combine cornflakes and margarine, spread on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
