Ingredients/Components
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 1/2
- soup can water - 1/2 item
- small cans mushrooms - 2 item
- medium chopped onions - 2 item
- diced celery - 2 c
- whole cashews - 1 c
- chicken or more, chopped and cooked - 3 c
- bit of pimento - 1 item
- minced green hot chili pepper or Tabasco or ground red pepper - 1 item
How to make chinese casserole:
Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve over two cans of Chinese noodles. Makes about 12 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pasta shells.
