Ingredients/Components

  • cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 1/2
  • soup can water - 1/2 item
  • small cans mushrooms - 2 item
  • medium chopped onions - 2 item
  • diced celery - 2 c
  • whole cashews - 1 c
  • chicken or more, chopped and cooked - 3 c
  • bit of pimento - 1 item
  • minced green hot chili pepper or Tabasco or ground red pepper - 1 item

How to make chinese casserole:

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve over two cans of Chinese noodles. Makes about 12 servings.
